Establishes an environmental education advancement program to increase access to environmental education for kindergarten through grade 12 students

Requires the commissioner of education to reimburse school districts and charter schools 50 percent of costs for environmental education programs provided by residential environmental learning centers within Minnesota

School districts and charter schools may apply for reimbursement in a form and manner determined by the commissioner, with reimbursements issued at the close of each fiscal year

Allows pro rata adjustment of reimbursements if appropriated funds cannot cover the full 50 percent reimbursement rate

Appropriates funds from the environmental fund for fiscal year 2015 to support the reimbursement program (specific amount to be determined)
