Establishes a STEM educator loan forgiveness program allowing qualified teachers to receive up to $2,500 per year in loan repayment assistance for up to four years.

Defines qualified teachers as licensed educators teaching science, technology, engineering, or mathematics who hold specific Minnesota teaching licenses and have completed a graduate-level course in those subjects with a 3.0 or higher GPA.

Requires the commissioner of education to prioritize loan forgiveness applicants from school districts with below-average state mathematics test scores.

Creates an advanced STEM curriculum revenue program providing $16 per adjusted pupil unit to school districts where 60 percent or more of students are eligible for free and reduced-price lunches and the district has implemented an advanced STEM curriculum meeting Department of Education standards.

Appropriates unspecified funding from the general fund in fiscal year 2015 to the commissioner of education to establish the STEM educator loan forgiveness program.
