Requires labeling of genetically engineered food and seed sold in Minnesota with the words "Produced with Genetic Engineering" in a clear and conspicuous manner, effective January 1, 2015.

Exempts processed foods where genetically engineered materials account for less than 0.9 percent of total weight, foods from non-genetically engineered animals regardless of feed, certified organic foods, and foods prepared for immediate consumption in restaurants.

Prohibits labeling genetically engineered food, food products, seed, or seed stock as "natural."

Provides liability protection for retailers selling processed food products that fail to comply with disclosure requirements, and protects farmers who unknowingly produce commodities affected by unintended presence of genetically engineered materials.

Grants the Commissioner of Commerce authority to enforce the labeling requirements; establishes that no private right of action exists to enforce the law.
