Appropriates $2,322,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $2,292,000 in fiscal year 2015 to the Minnesota Trade Office for trade, export, and cultural exchange activities.

Allocates $330,000 (FY 2014) and $300,000 (FY 2015) for STEP grants, including a $30,000 grant to Voice of East African Women, Inc. for trade and cultural exchanges with east African nations.

Provides $180,000 annually for the Invest Minnesota marketing initiative, with language clarifying this provision does not expire.

Dedicates $270,000 each year for expansion of Minnesota Trade Offices and $50,000 annually for the trade policy advisory group.

Directs the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development to work with the Commissioner of Agriculture to identify and increase export opportunities for Minnesota agricultural products.
