Appropriates $9,800,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Wadena for public infrastructure construction.

Eligible infrastructure projects include storm sewers, sanitary sewers, streets, sidewalks, and water supply system improvements.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $9,800,000 to fund the appropriation.

Bond issuance follows procedures under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
