City of Bluffton receives forgiveness of withheld aid payments for calendar years 2011, 2012, and 2013 under Minnesota Statutes section 477A.013, contingent on state auditor certification of audited financial statements for 2010, 2011, and 2012 by December 31, 2013.

Commissioner of revenue makes $20,000 payment in calendar year 2014 and remaining $28,151.50 payment in calendar year 2015 to the city of Bluffton.

$20,000 appropriated from general fund in fiscal year 2015 and $28,151.50 appropriated in fiscal year 2016 to the commissioner of revenue for these payments.

Effective the day following final enactment.
