Increases the limitation on property tax abatements for the city of Jackson by allowing the greater of either 10 percent of the city's net tax capacity or $300,000 in any given year.

Overrides the standard limitation provisions in Minnesota Statutes, section 469.1813, subdivision 8, for this specific municipality.

Applies to tax years payable from 2015 through 2025.
