Authorizes division of the Centennial Volunteer Firefighters Relief Association when Lino Lakes withdraws from the joint Centennial Fire Department and establishes its own city fire department and relief association.

Transfers proportional share of accrued liabilities, service credit, and assets from Centennial relief association to new Lino Lakes Volunteer Firefighters Relief Association based on a calculated percentage of transferring firefighters' accrued liability.

Allocates special fund assets to Lino Lakes relief association using the determined percentage applied to market value of Centennial relief association assets as of the next regular accrued liability determination date.

Allows firefighters transferring to Lino Lakes Fire Department to retain all prior service credit and vesting earned through Centennial relief association, with subsequent service recognized as continuation for additional vesting eligibility.

Makes sections 1 and 2 effective upon timely compliance with state law by governing bodies and chief clerical officers of Centerville, Circle Pines, and Lino Lakes.
