Permits the Centennial Volunteer Firefighters Relief Association to continue providing retirement coverage to firefighters who were members before July 1, 2014, and transfer from the Centennial Fire Department to a new Lino Lakes Fire Department if Lino Lakes withdraws from the joint powers agreement.

Requires the relief association board to define how firefighting service rendered by Lino Lakes firefighters in the new fire department will be credited, subject to approval by Lino Lakes, Centerville, and Circle Pines.

Allocates fire state aid and police and fire supplemental retirement state aid to the Centennial Volunteer Firefighters Relief Association based on a percentage calculated from the liability of covered Lino Lakes firefighters compared to all covered firefighters.

Requires Lino Lakes to budget for and pay its proportional share of the relief association's minimum municipal obligation, with the same percentage methodology used for state aid allocation.

Grants Lino Lakes a municipal representative on the relief association board and requires approval from the Lino Lakes City Council for any service pension increases applicable to Lino Lakes firefighters.
