Proposes a constitutional amendment limiting state senators to a maximum of six terms and state representatives to a maximum of ten terms in office.

Limits the governor and lieutenant governor to a maximum of two terms each.

Limits the secretary of state, attorney general, and state auditor to a maximum of two terms each.

Submits the amendment to voters at the 2014 general election with the question: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to place limits on the number of terms of office that state legislators and constitutional officers may serve beginning with elections to those offices in 2014?"

Elections prior to the 2014 general election are disregarded when calculating term limits under the amendment.
