Amends Minnesota Statutes section 593.32, subdivision 1 to prohibit exclusion from jury service based on marital status or sexual orientation.

Adds marital status and sexual orientation to the existing list of protected characteristics that cannot be used to exclude citizens from jury duty.

Maintains existing protections against jury exclusion based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, economic status, or physical or sensory disability.
