Amends Minnesota Statutes section 120B.31, subdivision 4, regarding how student performance data is collected and reported for school accountability purposes.

Requires district and school reports of student performance and growth data to include only students enrolled in the district or school for at least 90 school days immediately before the assessment administration date.

Maintains existing requirements that the commissioner aggregate student data over time and integrate demographic factors that correlate with student performance in state reports.

Effective for the 2015-2016 school year and later.
