Allows school districts and charter schools to apply to the Board of Teaching for approval to accept sponsored nonlicensed community experts from commercial agriculture companies or corporations to teach agricultural education classes.

Sponsored experts may be provided by companies or corporations to fulfill educational requirements of agricultural education courses and may serve as Future Farmers of America or 4-H advisors.

School districts and charter schools cannot compensate the sponsoring company, corporation, or the nonlicensed community experts for services provided.

Sponsored nonlicensed community experts may teach only agricultural education classes or serve as FFA or 4-H advisors within their school district or charter school.

Board of Teaching approval process must consider the expert's qualifications, amount of teaching time, extent of other nonlicensed experts already used, and the nature of the proposed teaching responsibilities.
