Prohibits retailers from selling the same BPA-containing children's food products beginning August 1, 2015

Defines covered products as infant formula, baby food (soft paste/easily chewed food for children 2 years or younger), and toddler food (for children under 3 years), excluding toddler food in cans

Requires manufacturers to avoid replacing BPA with alternative chemicals identified by state, federal, or international agencies as harmful to child development, carcinogenic, reproductive hazards, endocrine disruptors, or toxic to nervous, immune, or organ systems
