Amends Minnesota Statutes section 171.07, subdivision 1a to permit county medical examiners and coroners to access license and identification card photographs.

Medical examiners and coroners may use photographs as necessary to fulfill duties under sections 390.11 and 390.25.

Photographs remain classified as private data and use continues to be restricted to specified purposes including criminal justice agencies, public defenders, and child support enforcement.

Adds medical examiner and coroner access as a fifth permitted use of driver's license and identification card photographs maintained by the Department of Public Safety.
