Expands statute of limitations for sexual abuse cases: six years for adults from discovery of injury; unlimited time for minors; and before age 24 for claims against individuals who committed abuse when under 14 years old.

Eliminates requirement to establish which specific act in a continuous series of sexual abuse caused the injury.

Defines "sexual abuse" to include conduct in Minnesota Statutes sections 609.342 to 609.3451 and expands definition of "person" to include corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other entities.

Applies vicarious liability and respondeat superior claims with a six-year limitation from alleged abuse, or before plaintiff turns 24 if abuse occurred when plaintiff was under 18.

Creates three-year window from effective date for previously time-barred claims involving minors (excluding vicarious liability claims) to be brought, regardless of prior statute of limitations.
