Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.04 to modify local authority over traffic regulations on streets and highways under their jurisdiction.

Removes prohibition on local ordinances that would prevent use of motorcycles or vehicles with flashing red lights for escorting funeral processions, oversize buildings, heavy equipment, parades, or similar processions.

Eliminates restriction on use of funeral home-owned vehicles with flashing red lights for escorting funeral processions.

Grants local authorities greater discretion to regulate or restrict such vehicles through ordinances and regulations under their police power.
