Amends Minnesota Statutes section 268.19, subdivision 1 to allow Department of Corrections access to unemployment insurance data without consent of the data subject.

Department of Corrections may use employment data for case planning for offenders both before and after probation sentences, and before and after confinement.

Expands existing list of agencies authorized to access unemployment insurance data to include corrections department for employment tracking purposes.

Data remains private and confidential under Minnesota data practices law, with access limited to the specific authorized use of offender employment tracking.
