Allows prosecutors to aggregate the value of money, property, or services received by a defendant within any six-month period when charging financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult offenses under Minnesota Statutes section 609.2335.

Permits prosecution of aggregated offenses in any county where one of the offenses occurred when multiple offenses are committed by the same person across two or more counties.

Expands venue options for financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult prosecutions to include either the county where any part of the offense occurred or the county of residence of the victim or victims.

Effective date of August 1, 2013, with aggregation provisions applying only to crimes committed on or after that date.
