Modifies the definition of "snowmobile" to specify vehicles originally manufactured and designed for snow/ice travel, and excludes all-terrain vehicles, off-highway motorcycles, off-road vehicles, mini trucks, utility task vehicles, and other off-road vehicles equipped with aftermarket ski and track configurations

Prohibits tampering with, adjusting, altering, or disconnecting snowmobile odometers with intent to defraud, matching existing prohibitions for motor vehicles

Prohibits operating a snowmobile on public lands or waters with intent to defraud when knowing the odometer is disconnected or nonfunctional

Prohibits advertising, selling, using, or installing devices on snowmobiles that cause odometers to register false mileage

Requires disclosure of true mileage or unknown mileage status when selling or transferring snowmobiles, with written notice requirements for odometer repair or replacement
