Eliminates the requirement that directories of government services and the guidebook to state agency services be provided free or at nominal cost to the public.

Removes the specific reference to the commissioner of administration's guidebook to state agency services from the list of information that must be made available to citizens.

Renumbers the remaining categories of information that must be provided free or at nominal cost (legislative information, court opinions, election information, budget information, and other government documents).

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 14.04 entirely.
