Commissioner of Administration shall reserve all necessary parking space on Capitol grounds, Capitol Approach, Aurora Avenue, State Office Building ramp, and elsewhere in the capitol area for members and staff of the Legislature during the 88th session.

General public parking for Capitol business shall be allowed in reasonable amounts within reserved spaces.

Senate Rules and Administration Committee and House Rules and Legislative Administration Committee may designate personnel to coordinate with the Commissioner of Administration on parking matters.

Secretary of the Senate and Controller of the House of Representatives may deduct parking fees from legislator and legislative employee paychecks during the 88th session, consistent with Commissioner of Administration practice.
