Amends Minnesota Statutes section 120B.22 to require school districts to have a plan for integrating violence prevention programs (changed from "encouraged" to mandatory requirement).

Expands violence prevention curriculum requirements to include bullying prevention, sexual abuse and assault prevention, and requires collaboration with sexual assault assessment providers to link affected students to services.

Establishes a Prevention of Sexual Violence Working Group convened by the Commissioner of Health, consisting of state agency commissioners, with duties to maintain inventory of existing programs, establish prevention goals, and coordinate implementation through June 30, 2016.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Health to award up to five competitive grants per year to community health boards and tribal governments for sexual violence prevention demonstration partnerships, with grants supporting program coordination, new initiatives, technical assistance, and evaluation.

Appropriates $100,000 annually for working group administration and $750,000 annually for community sexual violence prevention partnership demonstration grants, with up to 6 percent of grant funds available for administration and technical assistance.
