Amends Minnesota Statutes section 491A.02 to allow judgment creditors to recover reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting conciliation court judgments.

Requires judgment debtors to be notified in court orders that failure to complete asset disclosure forms within 10 days may result in civil contempt charges and liability for the judgment creditor's attorney fees.

Allows the judgment creditor's attorney or district court to order judgment debtors to disclose detailed information about assets, liabilities, and personal earnings to enable judgment collection.

Establishes that cash bail posted for civil contempt violations can be ordered payable to the creditor to satisfy the judgment, either partially or fully.
