Adds 2-(4-iodo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-[(2-methoxyphenyl)methyl]ethanamine (25I-NBOMe) to the Schedule I hallucinogens list.

Adds four synthetic cannabinoids to Schedule I: UR-144, XLR-11, AKB-48 (APINACA), 5-Fluoro-AKB-48, PB-22, and 5-Fluoro PB-22.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 152.02, subdivision 2, which defines Schedule I controlled substances.

Maintains existing exceptions for nondrug use of peyote in American Indian Church religious ceremonies and for bupropion compounds.
