Removes the "knowingly" requirement from gross misdemeanor and felony violations of domestic abuse orders for protection and no contact orders, making violations prosecutable regardless of defendant's knowledge.

Establishes venue for prosecution of order violations at the place where calls are made or received, where wireless or electronic communications occur, where the actor or victim resides, or at the victim's confidentiality program address.

Requires minimum sentences of 10 days imprisonment for gross misdemeanor violations and 30 days incarceration as a probation condition for felony violations, with mandatory participation in counseling or treatment programs.

Permits courts to impose firearm possession prohibitions (up to life) for violations involving firearm use, and establishes automatic 3-year pistol possession bans for misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor convictions.

Expands admissibility of evidence regarding domestic conduct to include violations of orders for protection, harassment restraining orders, and related stalking or harassment statutes in domestic abuse prosecutions.
