Amends Minnesota Statutes section 611A.203, subdivision 4, to grant domestic fatality review teams access to corrections and detention data as provided in section 13.85.

Authorizes domestic fatality review teams to access not public data including law enforcement investigative reports, autopsy records, medical records, social service records, and child maltreatment records related to cases under review.

Permits review teams to compel production of additional records by applying to district court for a subpoena enforceable statewide under the Rules of Civil Procedure.

Effective the day following final enactment.
