Adds criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree (section 609.3451) to the list of offenses eligible for extended probation periods of up to six years under sentencing guidelines.

Creates a felony enhancement for criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree if committed within five years after a prior conviction for the same offense or related sexual conduct crimes (sections 609.342, 609.343, 609.344, 609.345, 609.3453, or 617.23).

Felony enhancement carries imprisonment of not more than five years or a fine of not more than $10,000, or both.

Effective August 1, 2014, and applies to crimes committed on or after that date.
