Extends maximum length of approved postsecondary education or training programs from 24 months to four years for MFIP participants.

Requires participants with high school diploma, GED credential, or adult high school diploma to be informed of postsecondary education or training opportunities while in MFIP.

Allows participants without high school diploma, GED, or adult high school diploma to pursue these credentials as approved work activities without prior proficiency requirements.

Extends job search period after program completion from six weeks to 12 weeks before participants must accept any full-time suitable employment or revise employment plan.

Repeals restrictions on English as a second language (ESL) and adult basic education participation limits and caps previously specified in statute.
