Establishes explicit prohibitions preventing unlicensed persons from using titles "professional engineer," "P.E.," "PE," or any term that would mislead the public into believing they are licensed engineers.

Expands the definition of land surveying to include determining, monumenting, establishing, or reestablishing public land survey system corners or lines, and clarifies that licensed professionals in related fields cannot perform these specific surveying tasks.

Modifies the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design composition and removes outdated appointment language regarding geoscientist and interior designer members.

Requires two hours of professional ethics training per biennial renewal period for all licensed professionals (architects, engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, geoscientists, and certified interior designers), with ethics hours earned during the current biennium and not eligible for carryover.

Extends the record retention requirement for continuing education documentation from two to four years after the end of the licensure period and clarifies that reinstatement of expired licenses requires a maximum of 48 professional development hours.
