Modifies Minnesota Statutes section 13.43, subdivision 16 regarding disclosure of personnel data related to violence or sexual contact with students by school employees

Allows school district or charter school superintendents to release private personnel data on current or former employees to other requesting school districts or charter schools under two conditions: (1) an investigation by the school district or law enforcement affirmed allegations in writing and resulted in the employee's resignation, or (2) the employee resigned while a complaint or charge was pending and involved allegations of sexual contact with a student

Requires that released data must not include information about the student
