Expands the duties of the director of child sex trafficking prevention to include managing request for proposals for grants providing trauma-informed and culturally specific comprehensive services for sexually exploited youth

Adds duties for the director to identify best practices in serving sexually exploited youth and develop a data-sharing policy consistent with chapter 13 requirements among regional navigators and community-based advocates

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the commissioner of human services in fiscal year 2015 for the safe harbor shelter and housing fund to provide housing and supportive services for sexually exploited youth

Appropriates $1,500,000 from the general fund to the commissioner of health for grants providing comprehensive trauma-informed and culturally specific services for sexually exploited youth
