Allows prosecution of financial exploitation offenses against vulnerable adults to aggregate the value of money, property, or services received by the defendant over any six-month period.

Enables a defendant charged with multiple financial exploitation offenses across two or more counties to be prosecuted in any single county where one of the offenses occurred.

Expands venue options for financial exploitation charges to include the county where any part of the offense occurred or the county where the victim or any victim resides.

Takes effect August 1, 2013, and applies to crimes committed on or after that date.
