Prohibits persons under age 18 from using any type of tanning equipment at tanning facilities in Minnesota.

Requires tanning facilities to post warning signs within three feet of each tanning station with specific health hazard information and protective eyewear requirements.

Mandates facilities display a sign at the point of sale stating it is unlawful for persons under age 18 to use tanning equipment.

Establishes penalties of not less than $150 for the first violation and not more than $300 for each subsequent violation of tanning equipment regulations.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes sections 325H.06 and 325H.08.
