Proposes constitutional amendment to replace Minnesota's bicameral legislature (House and Senate) with a single unicameral body called the Legislature, effective January 2021.

Reduces total legislative members from 201 (67 senators + 134 representatives) to 135 members serving in single districts.

Modifies constitutional provisions throughout Articles IV, V, VIII, IX, and XI to eliminate references to two separate chambers and adjust procedures accordingly (e.g., bill passage, impeachment, presiding officer selection).

Changes lieutenant governor succession to be filled by the last elected presiding officer of the Legislature rather than the Senate president.

Submits the amendment question to voters at the 2018 general election with yes/no ballot options.
