Transfers responsibility for maintaining the level III predatory offender website from the Department of Corrections to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension superintendent

Requires law enforcement agencies to notify the BCA superintendent within two days when disclosing level III offender information to the public, rather than the corrections commissioner

Requires the BCA superintendent to create and maintain an internet website posting information about level III offenders forwarded by law enforcement agencies, updated timely to reflect address changes

Directs the Department of Corrections to provide technical assistance to the BCA superintendent during the transfer of responsibilities

All changes are effective August 1, 2014
