Amends Minnesota Statutes to allow disclosure of offender location information to domestic violence victims upon written or electronic request.

Requires the Commissioner of Corrections to notify victims of the city and five-digit zip code where a domestic violence offender will reside upon release from a Department of Corrections facility.

Applies only when the victim and offender have been household or family members and the offender was convicted of a qualified domestic violence-related offense as defined in statute.

Exempts disclosure if the offender is not under correctional supervision, the location information is unavailable, or disclosure would create a risk to the victim, offender, or public safety.

Classifies all victim identifying information and notifications as private data accessible only to the victim and becomes effective January 15, 2015.
