Requires housing with services establishments offering Alzheimer's or dementia services to provide dementia care training to all employees and arranged home care provider staff, with varying hour requirements by staff category (4-8 hours initial training within 120-160 hours of hire, plus 2 hours annually).

Establishes separate, less stringent training requirements for housing with services establishments providing assisted living services under Chapter 144G (4 hours initial training for direct-care staff instead of 8 hours).

Mandates managers of covered housing with services establishments obtain at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including specific dementia training hours, with records maintained for three years.

Requires all housing with services establishments to develop written emergency disaster plans, conduct fire drills every six months, provide emergency training to staff within 30 days of hire and annually, and establish policies for missing tenants.

Directs the Commissioner of Health to evaluate by February 15, 2015, whether additional healthcare settings and providers should be required to comply with these training requirements and report recommendations to the legislature.
