Extends funding for the school trust lands director and Legislative Permanent School Fund Commission through fiscal year 2016 (previously through 2015)

Funding shall be provided from the state forest suspense account under Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.125

Removes previous funding source from the minerals management account under Minnesota Statutes, section 93.2236

Requires the school trust lands director and Legislative Permanent School Fund Commission to submit a proposal to the 2015 legislature for a cost certification method to fund operational costs using revenues generated by permanent school fund lands

Takes effect the day following final enactment
