Extends the authorization for Allina Health Systems to provide extended employment services for persons with severe disabilities through June 30, 2015 (previously scheduled to end June 30, 2014)

Allocates $5,745,000 annually from the general fund and $6,830,000 annually from the workforce development fund for extended employment services under Minnesota Statutes section 268A.15

Maintains $10,800,000 annually for the state's vocational rehabilitation program and $2,261,000 annually for centers for independent living

Provides $2,055,000 annually from the general fund for employment support services to persons with mental illness, with a base appropriation of $1,555,000 for the 2016-2017 biennium

Total Vocational Rehabilitation appropriation is $27,691,000 annually, split between the general fund ($20,861,000) and workforce development fund ($6,830,000)
