Commissioner of Health must assess and report on quality of care for ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) response and treatment in Minnesota

Commissioner shall utilize and analyze de-identified data from STEMI receiving centers reported to the ACTION Registry-Get with the Guidelines or equivalent data platform

Commissioner must post quarterly summary reports of aggregated data on the Department of Health website

Commissioner shall provide annual updates to legislative committees with public health jurisdiction on progress improving STEMI care quality and patient outcomes

Commissioner must coordinate with national voluntary health organizations to encourage STEMI centers to report data consistent with nationally recognized treatment guidelines and share improvement information among providers
