Amends Minnesota Statutes section 609.3455, subdivision 6 regarding mandatory conditional release terms for certain sex offenders convicted under sections 609.342, 609.343, 609.344, 609.345, or 609.3453.

Clarifies that the mandatory ten-year conditional release period shall run concurrently with any supervised release period, rather than being reduced by time served on supervised release.

Changes the conditional release term to begin after the offender completes their period of incarceration, with both the conditional and supervised release periods occurring simultaneously.
