Establishes that owners of real property owe no duty of care to trespassers except where a common law or statutory right of action existed before the effective date of this section.

Preserves all existing immunities from or defenses to civil liability established by other law or available at common law for real property owners.

Defines "owner" to include possessors of fee interests or life estates, tenants, lessees, occupants, holders of utility easements, and persons in control of land.

Takes effect July 1, 2014, and applies only to actions arising from incidents occurring on or after that date.
