Secretary of State cannot load voter registration data derived from address change information into the statewide system within 47 days before a state primary or 47 days before a November general election.

Secretary of State may forward address information that cannot be matched to a specific precinct to appropriate county auditors for individual review and updating.

Secretary of State may enter into multi-state data sharing agreements to maintain voter registration records, provided data security protocols are sufficient, and must maintain the same data classification as the originating state.
