Authorizes Beltrami County to sell five specific tax-forfeited parcels bordering public water through public sale, notwithstanding restrictions in Minnesota Statutes sections 92.45 and 282.018.

Authorizes Itasca County to sell two specific tax-forfeited parcels bordering public water through private sale instead of public sale.

Authorizes Itasca County to sell one additional tax-forfeited parcel (West 50 feet of North 380 feet of Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, Section 19, Township 58 North, Range 24 West) through private sale at no less than market value.

Requires all conveyances be in form approved by the attorney general, who may correct land descriptions for accuracy and ensure purchasers pay for surveys and appraisals.

Specifies that both counties have determined returning these lands to private ownership serves their land management interests.
