Amends Minnesota Statutes section 72B.092 to add new prohibitions on insurer conduct in collision cases.

Prohibits insurers from specifying or requiring repair shops to use specific vendors, distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, business platforms, or internal processes when carrying out vehicle repairs.

Maintains existing prohibitions including limiting shop choice, requiring inspections at insurer-designated facilities, using coercive tactics, obtaining unauthorized signatures, adjusting damage appraisals without physical inspection, and specifying particular parts vendors.

Protects insurers' right to pay only reasonable market prices for parts of like kind and quality when adjusting claims.
