Amends Minnesota Statutes section 340A.404, subdivision 2 to add liquor licensing provisions specific to Minneapolis institutions and venues.

Authorizes Minneapolis to issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts (Minneapolis Society of Fine Arts) or its concessions/catering contractors for use on the museum premises.

Permits licenses for non-contiguous spaces within the Minneapolis Institute of Arts provided all spaces are listed in the approved license application.

Authorizes alcohol sales on all days of the week at the licensed premises.

Takes effect upon compliance with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021.
