Expires the joint reporting requirement between the commissioner of human services and Minnesota Housing Finance Agency regarding funding results under Laws 2000, chapter 488, article 8, effective January 15, 2020

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 462C.04, subdivisions 3 and 4, eliminating the local bond issue report requirement

Repeals obsolete housing program statutes including housing preservation program (462A.203), rent assistance for family stabilization (462A.205), community rehabilitation fund account (462A.206), employer housing contributions (462A.2092), and certain housing development fund uses (462A.21)

Repeals 31 obsolete Minnesota Rules parts related to elderly shallow subsidy rental, energy improvement loan insurance, elderly home sharing, low-income housing, rent assistance demonstrations, and special needs housing programs

Amends section 462A.225 to require State Register notice of electronic availability of housing credit ceiling data and related information with a hyperlink, replacing previous publication requirements
