Exempts services provided by providers licensed under Minnesota Statutes chapter 245D from the family deductible under medical assistance.

Adds a new exception to co-payments and deductibles in the medical assistance benefit plan for services by chapter 245D licensed providers.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.0631, subdivision 2 and Minnesota Statutes 2013 Supplement, section 256B.0631, subdivision 1.

Maintains all existing cost-sharing exceptions for children under 21, pregnant women, emergency services, and other specified groups while adding the new provider exemption.
