Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2015 to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for grants to small business development centers under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.68.

Permits funds to be used as matching money for the federal Small Business Development Center (SBDC) program under 15 U.S.C. § 648.

Allows funds to support consulting and technical services or build additional SBDC network capacity to serve entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Requires the commissioner to allocate funds equally among the nine regional centers and lead center.

Designates this as a onetime appropriation available until expended.
